Ball is dedicated to furnishing opportunities to minority-owned businesses, small businesses, smalldisadvantaged businesses, and woman-owned small businesses. Ball has two programs that support minority subcontracting: the Supplier Diversity Program for Ball’s packaging business and the Small Business Program at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ball. While both programs are administered separately, they regularly work together providing data-sharing and discussion of best practices.
